I’m Coach Ebony.

I help men and women reconnect with their bodies through patience, mindful breathing, and plenty of grace.

My style is steady, intentional, and focused on supporting the body in functioning as it was meant to.

My work focuses on real people, real experiences, and practicing the Pilates method as it was originally meant to be.

My journey was far from perfect. I faced back and shoulder pain, core instability, raising five babies over twenty-seven years, and a nervous system stretched thin from pushing through and pretending all was fine. Eventually, I had to slow down and really listen to how my body wanted to move, support itself, and heal.

And when it finally clicked, it really clicked.

I guide others through the Pilates method with clarity, patience, and respect for everybody in front of me. As a 50-year-old wife and mother of five, I’ve experienced nearly every version of my own body. I know what it takes to rebuild strength, stability, and confidence from the inside out, and I’m here to help others do the same.

As Joseph Pilates said, you don’t need anything else.

You just do the method. That’s how I teach.
